Turning strategic intentions into an implemented impact measurement system

As part of its Racial Equity Initiative, NESsT selected Santi through a public call to support Diáspora.Black in strengthening its impact measurement capabilities.

The organisation needed to translate its strategic objectives into indicators, data collection processes and management tools that could be incorporated into its day-to-day operations.

Working directly with NESsT and Diáspora.Black, Santi developed a comprehensive system connecting strategy, indicators, data collection, organisational responsibilities, data protection requirements and decision-making.

The engagement covered strategic indicators, collection instruments, implementation responsibilities, monitoring tools and guidelines aligned with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law, known as LGPD.

The system was validated by NESsT and Diáspora.Black and fully implemented.

It provided the organisation with a sustainable structure for measuring, managing and communicating its impact while incorporating data use into its management practices.
